Failed To Upload Images On Steam.

Hello friends. This is my first post in this forum. And I don't know this is the right place or not to post this. But I hope I will get a better suggestion from you. I am a big fan of Steam games. After several attempts, I am unable to upload images on my Steam. Although, I am not an expert on this matter. Can anyone provide any suggestions? Any help will be appreciated.

In the Steam client:

[USERNAME] -> Screenshots -> Upload Screenshots

or, you can go through the LIBRARY section and select the game you have a screenshot in.  If it's a recent one, it'll be close to the top of your activity feed.  Otherwise, on the right side there's a section for screenshots.  Either way, hit the Share icon (3 circles connects by 2 lines, looks like an arrow pointing left).

Thanks for replying. I figure out the issue after finding this link on Google today. The issue is fixed after applying a process (Solution 10) mentioned there. I just disabled the antivirus installed on my PC.
