Lost Progress (steam)

I've not played DDA for a while and decided to get back into thing . Sad to say, pretty much all of my progress is gone, but I still have the achievements (like reaching level 70 with a hero etc), I never uninstalled the game or did any kind of PC reset. Is there anything I can do?

How long ago did you play? If it has been since Beta or Early Access, progression from those times is no longer available.

I am not sure of it was early access or not, but I stopped just before  Warden and Rogue were added into the game.

Official Steam launch was May 28, 2020.  You mentioned achievements, which I don't think were added until launch, so it's likely not an Early Access problem.  I believe the only other "reset" since then was just gear reverting upgrades and returning gold spent on it.  Only other thing I would think is maybe you were playing on a testing branch?

If you are still having this issue go ahead and send an email over to support@chromatic.games. They will be able to look into this and hopefully be able to get you taken care of.
