[PC] Bug and potential risk for epilepsy

I found a very weird bug. It's very specific and rare but could be dangerous for people with light sensitive epilepsy. I also don't know if the issue occurs on others spots. But when I shoot a reflective metal part in the tavern (on the little balcony to the left of the crystal) with my huntress (with disintegrator) I get weird light flashes. Here is a video too:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for including a video. We're taking a look at the issue now - it should not be doing that!
