The account was flagged as a hacker

A hacker came into my room, I didn't see it clearly, so I agreed to let him into my room, and before the game started, my friend found out that he was a hacker, so we kicked him out of the game, but my account was marked as a hacker，I hope the administrator can delete my account from the hacker

Forget it. They will ignore all requests.

Got flagged few month after game launch - had an engine error and corrupted save (stats and items messed up) with which i pressed "play online", exit and uploaded clean save from server right after, but already flagged.

Logs, screens and clean save provided with request, posting on forums and so on - had no effect. They wont even answer you "NO".
