Heros Don't Appear In Ranked

I recently found out there was a beta for dungeon defenders called redux. When I installed the update to play the redux version of dungeon defenders on steam my hero doesn't show up anymore when I connect to ranked. But they do happen to show up in the none redux version of dungeon defenders.

Summary - Dungeon Defenders Redux heroes don't show up when connected to ranked on trendynet, but show up in normal Dungeon Defenders ranked trendynet.
