Error 4002: account has been suspended

Hello today i start my game in ps4 as usual and when im in the game i have a message:

 

Oops!

4002: Account has benn suspended. please contact support whit any question 

I'm on console so i cant even cheat if i want so i dont know what is the problem...

This will be the support line, they wouldnt answer anything like this publicly on forums or discord and would probably direct you to that support desk if they did say something.

Banned for exploit offences basically Demo. A bunch of school kids are reporting everyone they 'think are involved'  and they are suspending on the basis of screenshots I believe.

I was sure chromatic were ultimately in the business to make money banning accounts of people that buy a lot of gems seems counter productive... If they could restrict the trading system for those people or a timed ban.. It would seem more relevant. 

Apparantly there is a zero tolerance on people using exploits... Except the Xmas tree one and hyper shard one which apparantly is OK, so much for Zero tolerance. Guess it's ok the kids on discord can use those, the same ones reporting everyone 😬 hope they spend as much on the game in real cash terms.

Thank you for your answer, it's really interesting what you're telling me because it's something I wasn't even aware of. The only thing that would be the cause of my ban would either be destructive pylon guilded (it doesn't even increase the shard stats) or recently I bought some rare farts (betsy white, blue dragolich etc...) (from psn :Spanieljs) if they were duplicated it would have been the cause of my ban, but it would be a bit stupid to ban someone for buying them without knowing they were duplicated...

but in any case I'm disgusted because I have 111 resets, floor 999 so I've been playing a lot but it doesn't seem to be over. 
I also play on pc and in an onslaught floor, someone called 'ReXo' who told me that Ice has already banned me on ps4 and that he will do it on pc too........ 
so my end of the year is not the happiest one.
