Heroes lost in ranked

Hello.

I've played for a number of hour on ranked these past few years, but had to format the pc a few months back and never got back, today i ended up installing it in on a mac (previously i played on pc) and when the game opened all my characters had vanished. Is there any way they can be recovered?

Your save data has been restored, BUT if you play on a mac again it'll erase it again.  The problem is that the mac version is older and can't read the new save file format.
