Is there any way to skip over lower difficulty missions?

I haven't really played much since the game first launched/went early access, I have a couple level 68-69 characters and back then missions were gated by difficulty. Now that I'm jumping back in, I have a number of missions where I have to go back and beat it on Medium still to unlock Hard, beat Hard to unlock Insane and then I have to beat Insanes to unlock Nightmare and so on. It'll probably take a couple of hours to get through these which isn't the end of the world if I have to, but it's not fun and just a waste of time. Is there some way of just bypassing these requirements? I'm in the same boat for both Campaign and Survival.

you just need to play any map on Medium Or Hard To unlock the same map on the next Difficulty

Do it first on normal then the same map on hard then the same map on insane and if you can beat NM you do the same map again en then you have to do all the maps to unlock it on the difficult you can do.
