DDA crash with error Assertion Failed

I used to play Dungeon Defenders Awakened in Windows 8.1, with an old Nvidia Geforce GT 430, i5 3470 and 8gb RAM. But recently I changed to Windows 10 because I bougth an AMD Radeon RX 580 4gb for the same PC, and the game keep crashing after intro with this report:

I tried to execute with "-dx12", "opengl4" and "-w" but they doesn't work. What can I do?

(All Drivers and Redist are up to date, and the GPU works fine in all other games)

Have you tried the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" and the "uninstall and reinstall" options?
