Kickstarter Redeem Codes Not Working

Got the email with the link to the various KS reward codes, but redeeming them in game doesn't seem to be doing anything.  I enter the code, click redeem and get no feedback at all.  Am I missing something?

There is no feedback. But it does add them.

I did find I had to do it with a character though, and not through the main menu.

I think you might just need to log out and log back in to see them.  I have my giraffe and secret tavern room now, but can't find the skins anywhere in game.

Ah, found the skins.  Go into the Hero Swap menu, and there's an option to Customize where you can apply the skins.  Also, we can customize the default skins!  Which I didn't know was going to be a thing.  That's a nice little bonus.

Yes there is not feedback and you get your stuff but the hunter and monk skins are not working right? the squire and apprentice yes but with the new code they sent

I was able to redeem and equip all 4 skins using the "(Fix)" codes they sent out.

I still does not have the Fix for 2 of them, maybe it is a batch process I will get it soon I hope

I'm in the Hero Swap menu and I can't find an option to customize anywhere?

I got the giraffe, I also can't find the customization anywhere :(

I figured out where to find the customization (For anyone having trouble, go to your Hero Deck, right click a hero and select "Swap" and then there's a "Customize Hero" button on the right). I'm not sure what the KS skins are. I only have Rifted Skins.

Restart the game and you should see them. The redeem button feedback isn't working.

I see them but two of them are not working I should wait the new codes tomorrow? The fixed one works but only got two fixed code.

What are the KS skins? I’ve tried to redeem them but they aren’t being redeemed or something as they aren’t showing up and I’ve tried restarting my game.

Everyone who kickstarted a tier that contained the game also gets those codes, but so far none have been given out to anyone. So I am curious when those will be given out too.

Which skin do you got? The Rifted one for all Champs?

Shouldnt the BackerKit Code activate a "Squire" only Skin?

 

Also its not possible for me to redeem anything anywjere from the BackerKit Site

What if you never received any codes at all? (I checked my spam / auto filter also.)

Was a $40 backer, bit disappointed that I received no email as others did earlier this week.
