UncrownedData 29 Posted May 14, 2019 Anyone else have an issue of both character and pet eyes not rendering? (some parts of character costumes also don't look as clear as they should) Noticed a while ago. It used to go back to a normal look after a short while, but doesn't seem to render after any reasonable amount of time now. This only happens in my tavern. Tried in open, and it appears to render fine with the same items in my tavern. Any ideas?

Nexus 1 Posted July 3, 2019 This is a memory + shader issue that came up with the new tavern design that was implemented in CDT Update 3. You can try verifying your cache and / or trying reinstalling the game entirely to see if it clears up. But you deffinitely want to make sure you have over 1GB of extra memory to avoid the visual bugs like this one.
Plane 72 Posted July 4, 2019 DD1 won't use extra memory, so that's not a solution. Verifying cache and reinstalling won't fix it either. It needs to be fixed on the dev side.
UncrownedData 29 Posted July 5, 2019 It’s probably not worth the time to fix if it is a dev issue

Something that shouldn't ever an issue in the awakening edition. But that's also not entirely true. I've forced the game to use extra memory before, to very unstable results. Frezmo 4 Posted July 8, 2019 I get the issue every now and again, it just sorts itself out for me though. It is probably a specification issue.
