[Temple of Water] Problems with East core

So there was a problem with the East core, kobolds were one shoting it through the bridge and that was "fixed" by having kobolds removed from the East spawn completely, well that doesn't really fix the real problem which is that the core can be damaged through the bridge.

This is still causing problems because if you stand over the East core while fighting an Ogre it'll one shot the core with it's ground slam.

My suggestion: make the East core immune to damage when the water level is at it's highest, this way you can add the kobolds back to the East spawn.

I +1 this change, I don't think ogres hitting a core that's underground should be an intended mechanic. When the south core is hidden it doesn't get damaged by ogres slamming on top of it, at least from my experience.

We probably won't be making any further changes to existing maps. Core death in the situations described is completely within your control to avoid.
