Onslaught update bugs

all game mode + onslaught random lockups, freezes, lag and getting kicked at random and i can't rejoin the game because of it

please fix it as soon as you can I do enjoy playing this game but if I can't play with my friend or even play at all I may as will give up on this game

Same error all time with my friends on xbox one. 

Same, happen to me all day and night. Worst part is it forces you to redo the entire floor again once your kicked.

It is truly trouble, I had the same issue yesterday playing a few maps with a friend!

I may be totally wrong but I think the Not being able to rejoin  is a precaution Devs put it in to prevent  2 people or more each starting different games to see which map and which mobs spawn then having the others all join . It's just also happening to anyone that was in a  group game Someone gets D.C. and then locked out.

I don't think so, it's happening as we leave a private tavern to start a map, it kicks him back to the title screen and we can only join each other at the Tavern/Town. It randomly starts and stops, the problem will persist for hours then clear up andstop being a problem for hours.

This is happening in trials too. We figured that we would just wait to do onslaught until the patch came out. Surprised to see that it hit there too. 

So I'm figuring it'll get fixed pretty quick.

Yep had been happening in trials tough to get a winstreak going if getting kicked so often while in groups or not.

Since the update on xbox. Anytime someone invites you to join party from Hub the Name of the player inviting is blank. It's just the name is completely removed from the sentence. Don't remember it being like that. And while in a public game there's a visual glitch on any other players Asc. Lvl. Your own shows correctly but everyone else's shows lvl 1 and 0 XP. Really weird. 

I understand it's the holidays and Trendy probably has limited staff ATM. But because it's the Holidays and players have some extra time too. Seems like Devs are dropping the ball on these connection issues right after a big update that people are excited to play. Is hard enough that players would probably spend some extra holiday cash to pick up an extra hero to test out but....with all these new issues can't justify the expenditure if they can't play very optimally...

 I really try to be constructive and not Salty on Forums. I'm sure these issues are known. And am optimistic that after the holidays a ton will get addressed. But a Dev stream last Friday coulda helped with some clarity to the community.

Dungeon Defenders 2 - Infinite Loading Screen - Temporary FIX - Force Save

Yes and also happened last night floor 63 going from map 2 to 3 with 2 of us in group , 1 got infinite loading screen one did not on ps4 east servers.

To add , random blue screen crashes with massive Ice lanes. Sucks repeating all the floors again have tried and beat Floor 63 4 times in a week and each time someone crashes or infinite loads at the end of map 3 wave 5 and we have to start all over but it takes 2 to 3 hours a try so we get 1 try a night when we are on.

Also you cant join back in on a map if your disconnected from the group , so group start all over as we play as a group..

Yeah, i get kicked from the PS4 at lest once every time i play. Game locks up on load screens more often that it should as well, at least 2-3 times each play session. This makes Onslaught floors with 3 maps extremely hard to clear form me. Clearing 3 maps and 15 waves with no crashes is kind of tricky... Getting dumped from map #3 is quite rage inducing though. Not always TE's fault though. Last night my internet died for a bit (mid-map), and that just sucked. 

I would not mind as much if their was a way to fast reconnect with the map/team you were with so that you could rejoin right away. I would love like a "last map/session played" button on the main screen that at least attempted to reconnect you.

This has become increasingly worse in the last 24 hours. Everyone I have talked to has seen a increase in game freezes and crashes since last night.

The most common issue seems to be the freeze then crash on the map summary screen where the map summary screen flashes and the countdown changes to XX prior to blue screen error crashing

Last night i saw a weird message i had not seen yet. I was trying to play the Campaign maps on hard or Normal, in order to get the coins for the daily quests, and when i tried to select any map, an error message popped up and said something like "these maps are used to raise your iPWR stats. Try picking a different level to boost your iPWR level". Now i am way past campaign on my current playthrough, and am on about floor 9 of Onslaught. I have never seen this error before, and have no idea why i was getting it on all campaign maps last night. I was not able to start any maps myself, and the only way i could play was to join a current map already in session. 

Also - i am still getting an average of 1-2 game freezes for each 1-2 hours of play on the PS4, which causes me to quit the game and relaunch it. 

Jaws_420:  That one is a known issue.  If you see the ipower restriction stuff, leave the tavern/town and rejoin.  Quirky, but not too painful if you're playing solo.
