Bundle of the Beast Already on Xbox One?

I read that we don't get this dlc until November 2nd, but I already see it in the store for $29.99.  I don't think this is even the discounted price and I haven't seen anyone even using it so far. Am I missing something? Also, why offer a Halloween dlc after Halloween?

I have no idea what do you want? What is your problem? or What? It is available until 2 November. Currently it has a 35% discount on steam. It is just a set of flairs and 4 helmets for $30 (they don't even look great). Halloween is on 31 October, today is 27 October.

On Twitter it says that Steam and PS4 get the dlc at 35%, which I think is $19.99. For Xbox One it says, "The Xbox One Bundle of the Beast Pack will be available on November 2nd. This makes no sense, since I've already seen it in the Xbox One shop for $29.99. Thinking about buying it, but if there is going to be a discount for Xbox One then I would want to wait to buy it. Is it supposed to be in the Xbox One shop then?

Bundle of the beast also includes wings and a tail! These look super awesome on many of the heroes!

Sadly, I haven't seen not even one player wear this stuff in-game.  :(

Went and got the bundle to support the game.
