I sold my limited edition pet. Can I get a new one or is that impossible?

File a ticket with our customer support and explain the circumstance and see if they can help or not.

They seem to have changed the backgrounds to reflect the evolved status of your pet (hatchling, fledgling, veteran, and elder) instead of "quality". Pets don't really have a quality.
