Fortnite

I just pre-ordered.  Was a total impulse buy, but so help me it hits all the sweet spots for me (Terraria, DD2, Dwarf Fortress, Orcs Must Die!).  Anyone else getting in on this game?

My family and I all pre-ordered for PC (three of us).  We cannot wait!

A couple of my friends, who were responsible for getting me involved with DD2 in the first place, were discussing this game, but it does seem rather expensive, and all the preparations sound time-consuming.  I read somewhere that it was expected to go free-to-play next year, so maybe I'll wait!

I'm very much looking forward to this game! Feel free to send me a friend request (anyone) if you want a new friend to play with when it launches! I preorderd this right after I saw the trailer at E3! Looks like a lot of fun! Edit: my PSN ID: foreverzero97  (that would help...)

Played it in beta for a week, it's even more boring than dd2.

Building up sky-high might look interesting, but it's not even a tiny bit efficient so you basically have to stick with the "build a square room around the objective and shoot everything down" tactic if you don't want to lose tons of time and resources. Sorry to break it for you.
