Anything as Barbarian ?

Im kind of new in dd2 , so was just wondering if any character is close to gameplay like an original barbarian from dd ?

If you mean a character that can only DD and don't build then there is the Gunwitch (shes range rather than melee).

For the time being if you wanna go all out as a DD melee character, the squire is the closest as you can get to the barb imo.

The barbarian is supposed to come to DD2, but when, we don't know.

Short answer is no.

Kinda what Some Random guy said. But ultimately, there is nothing like the Barb in DD2. 
I highly suspect that Barbarian will come out sometime late this year or early next year. Right now, TE is putting all their focus on end game and making end good the best they can, with player feedback.

We love the Barbarian as much as you all do, and can't wait for him to make a return!!

We did some work on him, and I even posted a .gif in a Dev log a little while ago, but he's not done yet.  Eventually he will get the attention he deserves and our old friend will make his long awaited debut.
