with the diamond's value do you mean a non cap is 5 cubes, a single is 10 and a double is 15?

Yes, ideally that's how it is denoted in short, i.e. 5/10/15.
Or basically x/y/z; Where x = valuation for non-cap; y = valuation for 1-cap; z = valuation for 2-cap diamonds.
