I bought the game in 2014 and have no rewards...

I bought the game years ago and just came to play it a bit after the update to find that i have no rewards at all...

I have 3 bags. The standard 4 characters, no outfits and 100 gems.

i put a ticket in 2 days ago but no response...

You're 100% positive that you checked every slot on the outfits list in the wardrobe? The early access rewards should be head pieces at the very bottom. I'm guessing you did that already though, and you contacted support, so all you can do is wait for a little while. If you haven't already though, validate your game cache in Steam, sometimes game files haven't been acquired and doing so will force steam to check for these files.

Thanks ill try verifying but im pretty sure this was a fresh download since a new computer.

My friend who started a f2p account seems to have the same stuff as me... lol :(

I also bought the starter pack last night so at least now i could buy a new character,

Try clicking on the top right in your account then your purchases ??

Maybe you have to get the new stuff at the mailbox in the tavern.

When i bought stuff that is where i needed to "activate" it before i got it in the game
