[Deadly Strikes , Vampiric Empowerment , Shielding guard] 

I'm getting tired of this RNG thing. 

Ascension 71 still no range shard / VE / shielding guard ... How rare are these shards...

AVG > Ascension lvl to get one of these useful shard = xxx .. Roughly around xxxx games  you will get one of these shards (If 1 game = 1lvl) probably more didn't count Disconnected, fail, etc.

85 still trying, and keep getting a campaign shard in a chaos shard pack

level 90+ and still not vampiric shard

got 1 range shard at 72 and 1 vamp at 74 and I consider myself lucky. The gear grind is worse than ever now, but I'm sure there's a plan to fix it.

im lv 180 now. i got my 1st range start at lv160 and speed at 170-5

70+ - 1vamp in the first 20 somewhere , no range yet ...

100 and still farming for range & speed.  I've seen people 300+ and haven't found the major shards, the grind is horrible. 

Add one more to the list.

alvl 40 never left c1, got 1 range, but no vampiric or shielding.

300+ still farming C1(have all the c5 shards). Only found 1 range shard so far.

Today I got my first range shard at ascension 452. Still looking for radiant.

Finally starting to play again and grinding C1/C2 now... Really not sure why on earth you only get 1-2 shards per run lol (I'm not counting the crappy campaign shard you get every time too, so usually just 1). If we got 2-4 it'd be so much easier. Just too few shards per run for the large pools of shards (and what appears to be small chance for the good ones).

At level 80 right now. I got a range shard while playing C4 the other day. I have two range shards right now, and I consider myself extremely lucky.

IMO the drop rate for these shards it's just too insane. People 300+ or 400+ not finding them is crazy. Figure people level every 2 or 3 maps, that a lot of map runs and not getting these shards. 

Wow, and I thought getting my only range shard at 39 was bad. So a couple hundred levels before I see another one? I don't think I'll last that long...

I just hit 70 actually. Still no shard. I started randomly doing a chaos 2-3 just to keep things fresh, which probably isn't helping.

I'm one in the majority of players with no range or vampiric shard at ascension 135.

Ascension 208 and 4 range shards and 4 vamp shards and 1 rate shard.

I need to comment on threads about no range shards more often. I just got another range shard (unfortunately it came from a C4 shard).

Last range shard came within a day of commenting on the last "no range shards" thread.

No you don't.  You getting tons of range shards doesn't help the poor schmuck who's ascension level 100+ and still hasn't gotten even one.

what do  you think the range shard is best used on?
