Black Mamba 7 Posted September 29, 2016 I used to do this all the time some years back.Host an AFK shop.Hide the match soon as the lobby was created.Start trying to spawn Ogres using Small Presents.Once 2 or 3 spawned, turned them Golden.Bait them near player spawn with EV walls under a buff.??????Un-hide the match and enjoy the hilarious reactions that followed after the players took a beating and died!So on topic of unboxing Jester Presents, can't be made a bit more easier than the current glitch method? PLEASE!!!!!!!It's not like the stuff(mana/items) that spawns from them is game-breaking.Mostly its just 53 mana Torn items or 50-70 mana at most. But having Ogres spawn in Tavern is pure fun! :D*(Special thanks to Plane and Volts for helping me to re-call how it was done!) Black Mamba 7 Posted September 29, 2016 @Kirbykiller quote:Be carefull not despawning your items while doing this What? Never had any issue with items de-spawning with this.
Plane 72 Posted September 29, 2016 It does make sense that if your tavern fills up, the lowest quality items could despawn when a new one drops. I've never tried that out, though, and I don't want to now ;)
Black Mamba 7 Posted September 29, 2016 Which means the items from the presents will despawn becasue they are the only low level ones.
Kirbykiller 0 Posted September 30, 2016 @Black Mamba quote:Which means the items from the presents will despawn becasue they are the only low level ones. That should be true, but I dont trust that the item from a present would spawn and instantly despawn itself without any other consequences.
Black Mamba 7 Posted September 30, 2016 Did you personally had any despawning?I hardly have more than 250 items in my box and my floor always has more than 15-20 spaces free. Besides the items rarely spawn from the boxes.
Plane 72 Posted September 30, 2016 I would worry mainly because this game sometimes seems to despawn more items than necessary at one time. (Not sure if that's true anymore, but I've seen it happen before) So I would worry that it might unspawn other items at the same time it unspawns the junk item. Black Mamba 7 Posted September 30, 2016 @mkjo quote:like original event armguards that are low 'quality' with low stats Oh I doubt it'll despawn the Armguards(assuming someone is crazy enough keep them on floor). The Armguards stats are still better than the stuff it spawns. It's mostly Deeper Wells Easy level dropped gear.Torn / Cursed / Worn. I can imagine it can despawning Cursed Brownies, but since I don't have them, I'm not too worried! :DBesides I have nothing on my floor that is of any value, since I've quit hosting Floor Shops! :D

(Not sure if that's true anymore, but I've seen it happen before) So I would worry that it might unspawn other items at the same time it unspawns the junk item. 1) Yes it did despawn more items than required *when multiple items over the limit*. Spawn two items at the limit and it would delete 3 (any guesses how many items were removed if you killed two ogres and got 8 items over the limit?)2) In addition to this, freshly spawned items aren't allowed to be despawned instantly (technical reasons require it if nothing else) forcing it to look for higher quality alternatives3) Any item rated at transcendant or higher *won't* be removed. Gets a little silly on late EV survival with >100 items lying around, but such is the rules...#1 *should* be fixed. It's had the kitchen sink thrown at it as far as testing goes.#2 remains for previously quoted technical reasons so I wouldn't be breaking any presents with <2 (IIRC thats the # items a present can spawn) items free on the floor#3 doesn't really do anything outside of EV survival. Black Mamba 7 Posted October 1, 2016 Bit confusing what you meant, [[24022,users]].Mind putting that in a bit layman's terms? :D
CrzyRndm 0 Posted October 1, 2016 We can't delete items immediately, therefore you will want to have floor space to spawn items or some trash items to be replaced when presents spit out items. That clear up the confusion?
Black Mamba 7 Posted October 1, 2016 Ahh okay, yeah I have more than enough floor space.
