Will there ever be a costume shop for pets?

Obviously current pet costumes like the star wars and pumpkin one won't be able to be in the shop since so many people have spent a good deal of irl money on them, but I'd be much more willing to spend the 400 gems or so on a pet costume if I could put it on any pet I wanted. Not to mention the possibility of cool accessories for your pets, i.e. treadmills.

Cool idea, wouldnt really make sense to implement it at the current state of the game with all the loading crashes and such
