Man haven't watched anime in a long time. But I remember 

Vampire Hunter D being one of my favorites

OH OH and Makai Tensho from Ninja Scroll!

I´d love to see what animes they are all from since I don´t know most of them. 

And my personal favorite I think is.... Well none. There are many I like but not a really favorite. In terms of funnieness I think I´d take Brook from one piece but there are still many more that are pretty funny.
