Problems starting DD2 on PS4

Hello all,

I recently purchased the defenders pack, downloaded the game with update and attempted to log in to play. I can't seem to get past the region selection screen. When I press play, it will search for a few moments then default back to the region selection/title screen. Is there something I am missing?

Ive bin told ALLot that this is stil aplha so bugs will apear 
Lot of people are missing items pets Major lag Etc etc etc  PLay a diff game for now 

I am ok with that... I know I was signing into an alpha. I was simply wondering if I was doing something incorrect.

Found the problem out... Comcast router and modified the firewall settings, lesson learned!
