Uber shperes

Hey guys does anyone have the same problem as i am i bought up the elemantal chaos uber shpere and i didnt get one. then i thought i didnt buy him so i did it again.. No good idea.. i payed 120 tokens but no uber sphere my account name is aries194 plz fix this it was really dissapointed its hard for to get tokens and then to get no reward for it it sucks 

Same happened to me today.  My first Uber, ever.  I submitted a request form or whatever it was.  Will have to wait until next week to hear back from them.

So sad and how did you report it ? 

Problem solved check your inventory guys problem is i got the elemental chaos twice :/

Damn, you guys. I feel really bad for you. Check your bag where all the pet stuff is. It should be at the bottom.

Have seen a lot of posts on this, really bizarre how this was implemented.  Sorry about those wasted tokens!

Go to your temporary items bag; it'll be there. It's not a bug as far as I'm aware.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration this have caused you. The Uber Spheres are being transferred to the Inventory after purchase. If at next time you won't be able to find the purchased Sphere in your Inventory, please submit a ticket to us, and we will help you :) You can do it by filling up this form.

Ya I don't see the need for them to go to your inventory, a lot of potentially wasted time by buying them twice by mistake...
