Didn't receive my gems

I made a payment for 600 gems just now. The money was taken out of my account yet no gems. I tried to go through support and it stated that I had to contact the game developer. I went to FAQ and it states that all in-game purchases are to be dealt with by steam. So basically I lost my money and can't get in contact with anyone to get either my gems or a refund.  Thanks DD2 for your overwhelming help. SMH

Hello, 

Have you tried logging out then back in and checking again? Sometimes it takes a minute for the game to register purchases.
