Was there a Nerf?

I am losing Maps in the early waves when prior to the patch I could beat them effectively.

Okay that makes sense then.

I knew about the tripwire distribution  but I didn't think -7% trap damage would have that effect.

Can you confirm this bug in the bug thread? Maybe it get fixed sooner, if more people confirm.

I knew about the Tripwire nerf...  well Distribution.  But Like I said, I lost maybe 7%...  that is enough to make to content a little more challenging but certainly not enough to have me failing on wave 2...

Which passives are you referring to? Some passives have had their numbers reduced on a single item but are now present on more kinds of loot, which means those passives should have the same numbers altogether.

i'll just ctrl+v a comment i writed in steam forum

Developers are kidding with us, now we have to farm each piece with the most rare high percentage, to get same percentage than before its just a waste of time, if we get a extra percentage like at least 5% it would be worth, but to get same percentage than before(if we have very luck)...They want us to waste time, and keep doing the same things over and over.

now we have to farm over and over to get same percentage than before, Harbringer is it...

increase the percentage if you developer guys want us to waste time to farm again.

maintain the same percentage as before and with more work to achieve, only do we give up the game, it's tiring, boring, no evolution ...

Frosty towers are working fine for me.  They give DP and still freeze.  They don't give DP in the tavern if you're checking in there, but it's working on maps for me :o

There's also this:

Enemy Stat Updates

  • Increased Enemy Health and Damage Growth rates by 12.5%
    • Enemies overall will see very little change at lower levels and slightly more stats at very high levels.


Edit - oh and this:

    • Increased difficulty in Free Play hard slightly.
    • Increased difficulty in End Game Normal and Hard significantly.
    • Increased difficulty in End Game Insane moderately.
    • Increasing difficulty in Nightmare 1-3 modes slightly.
    • Increasing difficulty in Nightmare 4 incursions slightly.


So, no nerf overall, but game did get a bit harder.  Dunno why this decision was made

Yeah, i play liferoot NM4 and cant even finish 1st wave cuz of bugged frosty. You can check steam and bug thread on this forum, so much people have the same problem.

Im farming NM4 just fine lol. I wasn't using frosty to begin with since i got bored of that after a week.

Mobs are much tougher and NM4 Inc is way more challenging where it had become a snore fest, can't see anyone beating it solo for a good long while.

So, had NM4 greystone down to basically 100% clear rate on app or huntress DPS and now I can barely make it to wave 4


The 12.5% scaling increase is pretty noticeable on the amount of damage monsters now put out.  Couple seconds of not babysitting a lane and it goes down


..the disparity between solo difficulty and multiplayer difficulty grows... this is so frustrating

Do little-horn.  More DU, more room to move inside the turtle shell, additional lanes are always non resistant, same quality drops, more mobs to get drops from, same general stuff (watch for air, upgrade on heavy flow spots, etc).  You may be thinking I'm crazy for suggesting this map due to it having an additional lane, but I promise you it's 100000000 times easier than greystone setup to turtlemode.

as someone that does a good bit of soloing it bothers me that the difficulty was increased when solo players already get the short end of the stick.
