Didn't get the squire survivor skin

I leveled up all 4 characters to 25 prior to midnight and I got the skins for the monk, huntress and apprentice but not for the squire. To be clear I mean that I didn't get it in the mail at all I'm aware of the issue of not being able to use them yet.

I didn't get any of my skins in the mailbox at all. Pop up said I had them all, but nothing in my mailbox...

I didn't get my apprentice one even though I got him to 25 last week.

The popup didn't even mention it but mentioned my hunter one.

Actually the sticky does not explain this. It explains them being redeemable but not showing in the costume shop. The issue we are having is we never even received them in the mailbox. Thus not even redeemable.

I didn't get the 4 skins ether and had all 4 at 25. Also weren't you suppose to get a title for having brought the most expensive package?
