Let's Write a Story, One Word at a Time: The Sequel

Recommended Posts

Okay guys. Sorry about that last one!

So as many of you already know, this is a forum game where each poster adds one word to help continue the story. For each post, take the entirety of the previous one, and add one word on to it (Pronouns don't have to count, unless you want the next person to handle it!)

Rules:

  1. Add one word per post.
  2. All usual forum rules apply.
  3. Keep the story as PG as possible. In keeping with the forum rules, please don't use any expletives or words that any reasonable person would find offensive- no extreme violence/sex/that sort of thing.
  4. Most of all, have fun.
  5. If you want to discuss the story, use another thread. Keep this thread focused on the game :)
  6. Please don't make back-to-back contributions :)

I'll begin the story with the classic:

It was a dark and stormy night

Ready... Go!
