Questions for Devstream 42

Loves the current state of the game but got a few questions.

How many maps do you have planed on releasing in between now and new year?

Will the Attack gamemode from DD1 return? yes/no
Will we be able to upgrade our bags or merge already purchased in future? yes/no

Lightning: will you change the way you level up the gear like making it more flashy or changing colors and making it more difficult to obtain the max level

Lightning:will you create a party system for dungeons which only a certain hero or level can enter? example:nightmare mode farming and getting lvl 2 heroes who don't help at all

Will you be making more items stack to save inventory space, like Pet food for example?

Also you have any plans on making an option as to where Specific item types are auto sold for gold when you pick them up?  As people mainly just want mystic/legendary items rest auto gold.

1. will you create a general chat to talk with all of the players and comunicate for join maps etc? 

General chat for ppl lvl 50/40/30.. etc

Lightning: Can you please make the turret hp visible by tapping shift or other key, and make it visible from every from the map without needing to walk through the whole map?

Lightning: Is the trap remaining count no longer shown on shift tapping intended?

Question 1: Whats the next passive you plan to release or buff you plan to implement.  I'm guess you guys noticed for nm4 the meta being frost,trap,walls.  No need to nerf but definit need to buff everything else so we have more of a choice to build for End game.  


Question 2: What happened to what you guys mention about showing how many players are in games. One of the Devs you mentioned implementing a system that would show where/what maps and how many players were playin in them.

Getting an option to disable videos?  Iv seen betsy steal the gem a bijillion times :|

1) Why can't we change hero's during a combat wave? Was this a design choice by Trendy or a limitation with the way the combat wave works?

2) Does Trendy have any plans on implementing a voice chat system in DD2?

Question 1) what are your thoughts on the health of "dps classes" versus tower classes in DD2. I love my dps apprentice, he has a ton of lockdown/CC and can solo double lane areas of maps. However a common complaint from others is that many DPS characters (outside of huntress) are significantly under performing and simply dont have the damage to warrant using them late game versus a normal tower builder. 

Lightning: will we ever get the blacksmith/ trinket vendors to sell something actually useful in later game?

Question: Do you intend to incorporate the element of Experience Points into the DD2 late game? I'm thinking about something along the lines of the Diablo 3 Paragon Levels, you get small, permanent benefits like stat points or a small sphere slot for collecting exp beyond the maximum level and it will be visible to other players for prestige and as a proof of your work. The point is to make every playing session a rewarding experience, even if you did not find the loot you were looking for.


Lightning: Can we get a piercing mod or sphere for Poison Dart towers please, a Poison Dart centered defense gets overrun pretty easily


Lightning: When will we see the next batch of tower uber spheres?
