Roll back the account to get the missing pet back...that's really a bad idea.

3-4 days ago, When I change my pet to another pet, then it disappeared. I got a same scene before, after I join a game and back to the tavern, I found my pet in Scavenger.  So at first, I think it will back soon. After that, I got some things lost too, but mostly they back in the Scavenger. When I realize that it won't back, I create a "ticket" to get some help from T.E.


Then I receive an e-mail from support team, but I only got this at last:

We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. Our development team is working hard to provide a solution for the vanishing pets issue and we ask that you keep an eye out on our Patch notes section for upcoming fixes and updates: https://www.dungeondefenders.com/2/forum/24/patch-notes

Please also sumbit a bug report via this form, as this may provide additional info for the development team.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused you.

But I didn't know what to do next, waiting? So if possible, just tell me you take the ticket and let me wait for the solution.


Today I got another e-mail:

We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. For us to restore your Pet, we will need to rollback your account. If you would like us to continue with a 1 time rollback, please provide the pet name, the day and estimated time on the last time you saw your pet on your account. Please note that any progression you made after losing your pet will be lost.

Again, we sincerely apologize.

I know it's developing,  it's alpha version, but still I can't appreciate this.

This probably is the best way to deal with it honestly. There are probably a multitude of things that can cause the pets to disappear and sadly, I don't think they can just send one to your account because the game doesn't seem to have been set up that way.
