LOST MY PET FOR NO REASON

So I just changed the equipped pet and it desappeared. 

I go to scavenger because this bug is usual, I click claim all, pet desappear from scavenger and it's not on inventory.

It says pet bag full but it's not, I restart the game pet bag doesn't say full anymore  but pet still missing.

It was a kitty general (legendary gato) upgraded with DP and DH...hope you guys can do something.

If don't RIP my gato leg gato.

Sorry you are having issues with your pet.

Can you please double-check your inventory, your other heroes, and the Scavenger.

If it is not there, please send a ticket to Customer Support with your Steam ID.

I had the same now: lost my level 40ish fish surfing cat, my level 10 pixibel and blinky 10... WTF?!?!?! i dont dare to swap out any pets

i just had the same issue.  Was moving an equiped pet around to fix the affection display bug that happens quite frequently and i kept the pet that was equiped.  However i lost a 25/25 monthly sword pet and my nearly max stat voodu in a flash.  Then the game proceed to tell me that my pet bag was full.  Funny thing is that i have 9-12 open slots( at the very least the entire bottom row my completely empty).

This happened to me around 5pm today on the 12th of October, i have logged back in multiple times to see if they will reappear.  So far no luck
