MaximumRico 0 Posted September 29, 2015 Instead of reducing the tick rate, it is increasing it which is quite a large DPS loss. Here is a comparison with Envenom.I really liked Blaze Balloon but this coupled with the useless crit passives cause it to lag behind :(. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
