Alexandra Febyli 0 Posted September 12, 2015 Heard it got buffed. Is it worth to exchange as the 1st uber?or just go for elemental chaos?
Heavenfall111 0 Posted September 12, 2015 Elemental chaos all the way. It's much easier to have a single character that you build both phys and magic damage with. Also, noone's building flamethrowers because it will die the first second an ogre jumps on it.
Angelatic-Birdy 0 Posted September 12, 2015 Far as I know you still cannot increase the range of the uber..So I sometimes build it for the lols but thats it..

No matter how you place them they'll still be in range of ogre stomp if they're in range of damaging ogre.

Faysumi 1 Posted September 12, 2015 I bought Flamethrower the other day and I'd say it's my favourite Uber so far, partly because I'm finding traps and auras much less effective than they used to be. Seems the only way they can take damage is to place them poorly. I don't get close with my DPStress anyway so no Ogre buttstomps.
-venOm- 0 Posted September 12, 2015 i've been using them for a month for magic damage. while it is true that traps are better right now, just because of they do more damage and cost less. you can definitely use them but, if you choose to do so. never go near ogres or they will buttslam *** out of them. just go for maximum DH barricades and hope that flamethrowers will do the job while ogre is trying to break though. stretchyalien 0 Posted September 12, 2015 I'd like to point out a small correction to what seems to be the common theme in this thread. You claim that if the flamethrower is close enough to the ogre, the ogre will 1shot buttstomp it.You're thinking in 2D. Buttstomps only affect a single elevation. Set the flamethrower up high enough that it doesn't get hit. That's the same way I do cannons nearby blockades as well.
