Curious to how many players have stopped playing and are just waiting for some sort of hotfix?

None of this is to say that I don't agree that Alpha sucks, I do.  The game was better in pretty much every way before the patch.

exactly. evolve has 300% player gain but it will be lost in next 2 weeks. i'd predict same with DD2 if there will be another reroll, because even after serenity aura bug, there still are ways to cheese nm4 content of the game.

What about those price fixes? I understand nerfing eggs and egg shards, because 500/2000 a piece was pretty insane, but now rerolling your pet and purchasing skill spheres are insanely expensive and earning money itself is a lot harder. People were saying a reset might be necessary because of the Serenity Aura bug with super slowing power, and using that to do NM4. But I disagree, the new economy changes make money much harder to earn and more important than ever. 

I had too many players angry at me for trying to use lightning auras, and when I handed out my mana to them, they would still either force game ends or kick me because they weren't giving "free rides." Even though I had a dps item set and was in the 240 ipwr map  243 ipwr map with 240 ipwr.

I am currently having to solo for now since everyone is now hostile or making more secluded matches. It really reminds me of WoW with how players were exclude for not being built an exact way.
We have options of builds but, players aren't gonna let you build a different way.

Don't play monk and use lightning auras ever. Gonna cool off from game for a bit and check in on any new patches.

i play wow all the time and go help low lvls on raids and more my clan helps out all the time we dont exclude if you suck you suck it dosent matter you will get better with the good gea. to gt good gear you need free rides sometimes its the only way. i play a lot of pc games and ps4 games and i give free rides to a lot of people. i dont care if we win it do it to have fun.

but this game is not much fun any more there driveing away there sales and customers just like ea no hte new command and conquer it went belloedup  and they canned it cause it want what the players wanted but what ea wanted to make so people quit supporting it. if trendy dose this they can go out of business. dont do this to us. lke the ff7 remake if they change the game play beside just new graphocs people wont buy it and they will have a huge lost on it and more. there sales will drop trendy learn from exerincel. your not makeing any money right now sales are down and your loseing money if you lose more people your gonna be bankrupt.

There's a site for this info. The players are stable this patch. I think the wipe hurt the game, players came back and gave up very quickly as they didn't want to level up again.

NM sucks because of no wave one loot, if players fail then many failures will eventually get them some wins as they get all the gear. Trendy has to rebalance the end game where hardcore and casual both get their fun and instead of increasing IPWR gap between the two, give unique cosmetic rewards to the best players.

Wow, that's really unfortunate :/ 
As far as i have played public games, i did not have this... (un)luck getting matched with the slums of community :/ 

Hope it gets better for you though=) 
And yes, Solo is the way, until you get better gear anyway. It's easier.

More likely there will be than not =) 

Haven't played since patch.. had a look at my gear and was all mixed up like a hooker on crack so I exited the game

They should first start to fix the general bugs like tons of people have atm with quests instead of lowering iPWR levels. Priorities with trendy have always been the biggest issue, that's why DD1 was such a joke

A hotfix won't cut it for me anymore.  Have set the game aside until something fundamental like the hero deck or stat structure changes.

A hotfix will not get me back. I will come back when / if the game knows where its going and it is makes sense. I would love for Trendy (if they haven't somewhere already) to talk about the goals and vision of the game first to make sure we are on the same page. But maybe they are as confused as I am.

For me as a casual player (but still a super fan) I hit a wall when i see how many new tower passives I need now and more to come.

Now I am starting at another 200 hours of grinding the same maps... and it just doesn't seem fun.  Too much stick, not enough carrot (like I said before).

This leads to my biggest issue.   My friends....  No one I know would put up with this kind of grind at this point.    All my friends quit before at end game (pre Frost Cheese).     Folks that were on my friends list have quit playing since this patch.  Most of them might return if they fix things.  

Seph, you can keep saying the sun is shining and all is well...  but the average daily population in this game has plummeted.  It is not cause folks are spoiled.  It has more to do with the fact that there are a TON of really fun games out there.    If this game ceases to be fun then you will be playing by yourself as the rest of us will move on to games that don't punish us.

We all know we are play testers...  it is our job to play test, point out bugs and make suggestions.  Most of us appreciate the job Trendy has done, and we appreciate having a say in the direction of the game.  Those of us pointing out flaws are mostly doing so cause we want this game to be awesome, and because Trendy has asked us to do so.

I found the game very difficult to solo after the re-roll for the rewards given. I plan to continue playing the game and progress past NM3. 

I come here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same type of issue and it seems to be be overwhelming yes. I know Tyendy is working on issues. Hopefully they will fix enemies hopping walls and huge health pools. Nothing worse then spending 20 min to killing an Oger and have him almost dead and hop you're wall.

Sigh sadly I stopped. I was pumped about the update and could only stomach 8 games or so before I couldn't go any further. The fun of nightmare has been sucked right out. Theres four levels of it; why is it such an unbalanced grind fest even at the first tier? I tried partnering up with my DPS buddy(Im the tower guy with all chars maxed) and it only compounded the imbalances. So here I am checking every couple of days for some sort of post or glimmer of hope the game will find its way back to fun. Fingers crossed

I only have time to do dailies and the monthly right now. Pet affection levels are taking sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long there's really not time enough for me to grind gear. So I will grind affection and maybe a gear fix will come out in the meantime. I wouldn't say I've quit trying to get gear, there's just not enough time to do both.

Tavern have no one :)) kinda make me confused between group tavern , private tavern, social tavern lol , Because it often empty , just me in there so i was like ? is this group tavern or social tavern @@, >_>
