Customer Support

To access our knowledge base you can do so at: http://support.trendyent.com

However if you are unable to to find a solution to your problem you can click the Submit a request button in the upper right of the knowledge base or go here to create a ticket.

Customer Support can assist with the following and more:

  • Restoring account or deleted heroes due to data loss.
  • Basic troubleshooting and making sure your computer is able to play the game.
  • Gem purchases not going through correctly (remember to check your mailbox and inventory first).

If you experience a bug with the game with please use the bug report below or talk to the Tavern keeper in game. Be aware though you will not receive a response back from a bug report unless additional information is requested.

Thank you for helping Dungeon Defenders II by bug reporting! If you would like to submit a bug, please use the following form:



  1. Be concise and to the point. Multi-paragraph descriptions may look good, but too much noise in a post takes away from getting straight to the issue at hand.
  2. Be sure. Don't make guesses. Use evidence when you can.
  3. Thank you for all of your support so far and all of your future bug submissions!
