savew wyveren tokens ubers are bugged will lose yours

bought a uber never got it game lost it before i got it and they dont recover ubers or tokens there to lazy they can do it but there to lazy to do it. so if you grind a  lot for your tokens to get a uber wait on it its bugged you will lose your ubers and tokens

had something pretty similar happening.

1. bought monk uber
2. Uber showed up in inventory bag
3. doubleclicked it, uber disappeared as expected
4. switched to monk (i did step1-3 on another character)
5. monk uber doesnt show up ander equippable uber runes.


i made a ticket for that in hope for a better response than OP got tbh...

Same happend to me 2 days ago. really killed my mood when that happend :(. grind alot for those 60 tokens and now it's gone and I didn't got my uber sphere. already made a post on this treat, and made a ticket. but i would be pretty mad if they don't refund the tokens.

i have to correct my statement. since i was logged on apprentice at that time i THOUGHT i bought Monk lightning AURA uber , but instead bought Lightning ROD Uber for my apprentice. That one is actually there when i looked just now.


So totally an error on my end.

This thread was posted in the general discussion forum as well.  the TL;DR version of the thread is that it happens to a small minority, and there's no accepted way to make it happen or not happen.

As far as getting it refunded goes, one of the devs stepped in briefly to say that since they don't have full inventory histories for everyone, they cannot verify that you should/shouldn't have the sphere in your possession, and their policy is to not refund game items unless there's proof.

My best suggestion is to take screencaps - one before you buy, with the tokens and your character name visible, one as you buy, with the popup that says congratulations, you've bought it, and one after, with your character, no tokens.  They can easily go in and check the CURRENT state of your inventory and verify that you don't have the sphere you bought.  What they can't do is check the PAST state and verify that you had tokens to spend on it.
