ubers and wyvern tokens are broken dont spend your tokens gonna lose them

wow has over 4 billion tiems in  game so item stat here  is like million or less

also every item is generated and different stats on them

(Separately, I'm almost certain DD2 item stats are stored as floats, making the issue larger)

Now i am afraid of buying my first Uber^^.

Yes a log system that keep track of everything is important and i dont think "its hard"(yea its not that easy but you now what i mean hopefully) to save all values and interactions on the current state of the game. But the game is still in developing(nooooo not again this excuse :P) and you have to keep in mind when they change on an weekly to daylie base the game, they have to change this log system in this interval too. And that needs manpower and slow other things. So i assume that it makes more sence to add a system like that in a way way more later state with smaller changes.

Maybe it is possible to add wyvern Tokens and the interactions from that to the current log system that keep track of gems and the other things that lands in the mailbox mentioned from the devs.

Yes best way is to find this Bug and fixed it but its hard to reproduce it as a normal player because wyvern tokens are not so fast to get and play with it around^^.

What we can do now is keep in mind that when you want to buy from now on a uber or egg, keep track of your steps when you buy it and make some screenshots or start recording(hm good idea i shut do that for my first uber too^^) before you buy it and give trendy the information when it appaers.

I don't know when he purchased his uber but i recently purchased mine like... 3 days ago. and i got mine just fine. i think the bug isn't something that is going to happen to everyone. but as others pointed out when I bought mine it went in the bags where your gear goes. not in the area where the other spheres go. just for those who buy their first ones don't freak out when you immediately look and it's not there.

Was pretty much the 1st guy with Betsy pet pre-wipe and I know it was the same as any other pets but I think I read somewhere dev's saying betsy should have a great ability with evolution and I'm quite curious about it.

Besides a lot of people got LSA already.   XD

That's pretty much what Alpha is about, checking if stuff is working fine, but I would still be unhappy if it bugs out and end up loosing 180 tokens.  :(

didnt say every one is infected some are infected what if youy were infected and you werent warned of the glitch but trendy has known about it for over 3 months you buy a uber not in inventory or any bags  you would have been pissed to.

some people are affcted about it its not in my inventory if you read what i poted theres no orbs in my bags all my bags are empty and you cant sell orbs at all not suposed to be able to

I joined this early access game to find bugs and report them. In my personal opinion that's the sole reason to even join early access games.

I bought just another early access game: 7 days to die. I wanted to support it but I am not interested in playing it before release so I did not even install it; I just bought it to show my support.

In DD2's case I want to support it AND help finding buts. That's why I play it before official release. If I think I should stay away from bugs I still can support this game by buying but I should not play it.

There getting paid for bug testing we paid for the game for support but we're bug testing for free not getting paid. It seems like we should be hired and getting paid for this.

Why did you buy an early access game if you dislike searching for bugs and reporting them?

That's my right to buy a game I love and not report them.  we don't have to report them it's a option. Why buy a game and do other people's jobs for them.

You're right, you don't HAVE to.  The question is, why WOULDN'T you?

You're not "doing their job," you're contributing to the state of the game.  If it was a released game and this had happened, I bet you'd report it to the devs.  Instead, you're content to claim it's not your place to help all of us out by squashing it before it becomes too big of an issue.

Again, I can't force you to report a bug, but I also don't see your reasoning.  It takes less time to report it than it did for you to come here and assert your right to leave it to bite someone else.

On topic, I bought my first Uber sphere (either late last night or early this morning) and had no problems.  Got my monthly completed shortly thereafter, the egg is happily incubating.  Come to think of it, I'm going to go see if it's done.

Data point:  I bought my second uber (elemental chaos) the afternoon that this thread started.  It was fine.

Again they pay at least 5 people to play this game 8 hours a day to test and report bugs. And if game was live I wouldn't report any bugs at all. Your way off topic didn't red any of my post.

I did read your post.  I don't agree with most of what you wrote.  You had an issue, they were unable to help you with it.  I'm really sorry about that, but coming to the forums and declaring to the world that the sky is falling isn't really the appropriate response.

They don't have 5 people playing 8 hours a day to test and report bugs.  They have an extremely small staff, and most of them are quite tied up in dealing with us (the community), planning new features, implementing new features, and triaging the bugs that we are most vocal about.  From what I've seen, they're working significantly more than 8 hour days, and they're doing it more than 5 days a week.  Perhaps you are expecting more than that, but I'm quite frankly surprised any of them are still able to function at this rate.

As you stated in your original post, you had an issue.  You and a couple others.  The rest of us are chiming in to tell you that no, it isn't broken for everyone, and no, you shouldn't be afraid to spend your tokens.  If you're that paranoid about it, take a screencap of the popup box that says you bought the thing from the token shop.  *Perhaps* they will be able to help you then, although obviously I cannot speak for them.

In the end, Most of the point of what has been in this thread was lost after the first few posts.  We get it - you're upset that you lost something.  Now you need to get it - it happens, it's not that Trendy is being lax at their job or that they're out to get you.  Theres simply a lot more complexity behind a game like dungeon defenders than there is in a game like pong.  If you're dead set on a bug-free game, try that one.

Because I am bugged icant spend my tokens. I use to work 16 hours a day  6 to 7 days a week on salary. For a year. I made barely 425 a week.  it was a job.

I know this is off topic but this makes my brain hurt. That's a minimum of 96 hours a week assuming you only worked 6 days a week. If we assumed that had you not been on salary, you'd be getting overtime for 56 of those hours, i'm not sure what overtime used to be,  which equates to roughly 84 regular time hours for a grand total of 124 regular time hours paid every week. At $425 a week, you were making roughly $3.43/hour if you weren't salaried. How old are you exactly because you don't seem to act the age you imply you are by earning this sort of income at some point in your life? 

Moving on because my brain is still boggled. Why wouldn't you want to help report bugs even if they do or do not have a paid test team and squash them so that other, including yourself, don't have to experience them again and they can get fixed sooner? I report on average 2 things a day at the innkeeper with screenshots when I can so that stuff will get fixed sooner hopefully. Not to mention, e-mail support isn't the same thing as submitting a bug report. They might pass along the ticket possibly but there is no guarantee of that. Posting on the forums as well is definitely not a good way to make sure the QA team is seeing bugs as well because there is a lot of content to sift through on these forums. 

 again you do what you have to do for your family to mAKE MNONEY its the usa is salired is what i said.  reportihng bugs a 1000 times a day for a week and one guy posted for a bug no one else dig 1 time for a week. his is way easier to wrok on  and the other bug is really complicated what bug they gonna fix first the easy one.
