monk las uber orb lost

bought the orb 2 weeks ago cuss i finished the monthly and got over 60 tokens to buy it bought it with my knight added it gopt to lvl 50 monk and i cant buy it said i never bought one please help me fix it i am out 60 tokens for this i jsut want my orb please ty what information you  need let me know my steam profile is linked to my account here

err..did you look in your inventory.  It's not like the other spheres you buy from the normal dude.  Instead, it goes into your inventory and you have to click to activate...like costumes.  Then you can go to sphere screen and add to player

did that all ready not in inventory when i bought it and it cant be sold so? i put in a support ticket

if u used it from inventory and u have 2 uber orbs then look below first one(in uber slot selection screen) the second one will peek just abit u can drag and drop it from there (barely visible just the tip) the black area blocks it for soem reason and u cant scroll but since noone read bug reports or forums i doubt it will be fixed

i just had the one uber orb and never got to use it again i bought it neverr went to inventory

wow closed my support ticket said it was because of tyhe resst when i cleary stated it happend  after the  reset. i didn the new monthly to get the tokens why is it so hard to get help on a item i bought and never went to my item inbox after the reset
