what are the up down and star things ?

After playing a multiplayer session when the game is done and everyone is sitting there waiting to go back to the tavern, there are these things you can click on next to each players names, up arrow, down arrow, and a star what are they for?

up down I believe are to rate a player's "social status" for example if someone leeches through the game, you click the down arrow, if he helps like cray cray, you click the up arrow.

I think the star is for MVP/who you want to be host of the tavern, altho that is just a hypothesis that I came up with when I got in a tavern and someone had the star on their hero pic.

I think the upvote/downvote things are not implemented yet, just like the social status penalty for leaving games, but I may be wrong.
