the vast majority of players are not capable of duplicating the above results. additionally there is still an entirely another difficulty mood yet to be filled and so you do not advocating nurf at this point. out of 12 incursion thus far only to have completed due to the builders being incapable of completing successful builds.

It's worth mentioning that the DPS number on Sky Guards assumes that you hit 4 targets at a time with every shot.

It's not the player's fault that DPS is so high the gear was ground out of the system that was put in place by Trendy. They then gifted people spheres with insane levels of extra buffs. Any self respecting power gamer wouldn't decline such easy enhancements.

hard to balance and well if u saw how long ive played the game  you would see its mostly  pure luck in rng  that my stats are so good  + geared munks  1 boost our aura/skygard  a geared  traptress a geared squire builder a geared  app for cc  all pritty much 156+ legendarys  on them

luck with rng can still mean that items are given stats that are too great to be obtained. Adding legendaries couldn't help but they should make it so it's too easy.

The problem here isn't the equipments people have farm. The problem is the new skill sphere tree giving 300+ additional stats out of no where. Also the special stats on all items got a 30% buff for some odd reason. This has to be a mistake.

Funny you should mention that! This is actually due to a bug with passives. To explain it briefly, before this update we used to have certain passives appear on multiple items and stack. After this patch these passives only appear on specific types of items but are far more powerful (to make up for the lost stacking). A good example would be the passive that boosts the boost aura damage boost (that was a strange sentence...) Before the patch you were able to find this on multiple items but the passive was pretty small. So imagine you found it on 4 items with 5% boost from each item you ended up with 20% boost to the boost aura damage boost.


With this update, we moved that whole 20% onto one item (relics). However! If you had items before the update that had this passive on it, say a helm or a chest piece... that passive was not removed. So you can get upwards of 80% boost aura damage while we were intending for only 20%!

Have no fear though! We'll be releasing a hotfix soon that will look at all your existing items and if it finds a passive that doesn't belong on that item, we'll be replacing it with another passive.

Just to clarify, some boosts have now been exclusively moved to specific pieces of gear, and the stacking mechanic will soon be removed for all items and boosts(i.e. Lightning Auora rate on both relic and Staff)? Will the other boosts be combined to single items? Can you give an example of a new passive or other passive that will be replacing it?

Since Lightning Aura attack rate was added to gloves, it will probably be taken off of Weapon Helm and Relic. At least that's the impression I'm getting from Blacksmith's post.

I'm just interested to see if all passives are now like this, where a stat can only roll on one piece of gear now with no stacking. His example made sense, I am just looking for future clarification :). Worst case scenario, I wait and see. I have a whole new patch to play at this point!

haha. 

I have three pieces of gear with almost 20% boost bonus each. I knew something wasn't quite right....


I didn't want to say anything because both my monks are godlike now and I don't mind. x)
