Does my Laptop run DD2?

Probably not. But may be on low graphics with around 20 fps. Your CPU is slower than the game's minimum requirements. But the most important is the GPU unless the game is not optimized. Remember that DD2 is still in Alpha so I don't think is well optimized. Your GPU is almost equal to the HD2600. My suggestion is to try with friend's account who got the game. That's the difference between the PCs and Consoles - when a game is developing, developers is optimizing very easy to consoles because of their hardware - it is the same, but for PCs is other story - PCs have different hardware and is harder to optimized for them. Some people use AMD, others - Intel. Some people prefer core i5, others - core 2 quad.

My computer is bellow minium specs and i'm able to run the game (the fps isn't very high tho) but it's definitely playable and I enjoy play. I can only speak for myself tho, it might be different from your experience.

That's what I say. No one knows until you try. I beat the minimum requirements but I still have lag spikes in some points in-game. But the game is still Early Access. It's too early to talk about optimization.

I have a HP compact pro microtower with a Intel core 2 duo with 3.0 GHZ and windows 7 HP installed with 2GB of ram and 250GB HDD and I want to know if my computer can run DD2

Which GFX card do you have?

Normally most people would say no but i have had a laptop and been in the same situation as yopu. If you put the graphics on min it should play decently with small lag spikes and as it was mentioned this game is still alpha meaning the compatibility could (and probably will) get better XD

 If you are using hp laptop than it will really work for any game for sure and you are facing any type of problem with that then call hp technical support phone number
