I think you need to change the mana system. The blue mana is great... a little too great. I am constantly running out of green mana and the entire map is filled with blue mana crystals. Sometimes I just waste the blue mana so it won't be in the way. If you could change it to where the monsters drop some more green mana and a little less blue mana, that would be awesome. I'm happy with all the rest of it, though. Can't wait till story! Thanks for such a great game.

I have a problem with both types of mana, not just the green. I think the blue mana cap should increase as you increase your level.

I would love to see tower/defence tiers added per hero. For example: Have a basic tower tier with basic stats , Middle tower tier with bit higher stats and an Advanced/Specialised tower tier with expensive but powerful specialised towers. This would make starting waves much different from last waves and give more customised playing styles per hero.

upgraded abilities that cost more mana than normal would also be cool i think one way to change the abundance of blue mana would be to implement some kind of sustained ability for hero or pets that consumes blue mana as long as it i active

The green mana is "hardcapped" on how much they want available on a given map.  They don't want everyone to be able to cap out the DU and cap out all their defenses to max level.  This is intended.

The blue mana drops are definitely overabundant.  But that's because there's not really a class that can cast spells fast enough to make use of it all.  Hopefully as the game develops, this will be less of a problem and people will want more blue mana dropping.

The first post is normally updated by Iamisom but he's been pretty busy with the current patch. AFAIK the only things that need to be changed on it right now are "Pets" and "Bosses" need to be moved and changed to "More Pets" "More Bosses" and "Pet Advancement". Onslaught also needs to be added.

The only huntress trap that doesn't really have a use is the fire balloon one. The rest can be OP if used in the right scenario

The point is they "poison darts" should have a use on all maps.  There are very few maps the poison darts are very effective.  Even if used to D.O.T. they still aren't even close to par with other classes.  I'm a numbers guy and the numbers are off big time.

In example...  A monk, apprentice, squire can solo any map.  

  • The huntress on the other hand cannot if you use a builder setup (focus on defense power, defense speed for your equipment).  In comparison to the other classes the huntress has an enormous disadvantage against AIR units.  Now look at the Wyvern's Den it's over 50% air units.

Hi, I would like to start by saying brilliant update the creativity really blew everyone away!!!kobold.pngkobold.png

I have thought up some suggestions for a future update but I'm not sure if they have been said yet but any way here it is:

I was thinking if you should make a class lounge for each class like for a Squire you can have the barracks, Monk has a temple, Huntress have archer rang and the Apprentice has like a magic area. In the lounges there can be like special missions or crafting that only your class can do.

Thanks for listening I hope this sparks an idea or some conformations!

P.S Like if its a good idea.

P.P.S Also might want to think about a dessert canyon.

DPS and Ability Mod Builds

This should be a predecessor to onslaught. 

Currently if you have this build all you can do with it is help the trap builders.  You should be able to hold a lane if you are spec'd for example  Hero Damage / Ability Damage.

Question:  At what point does the development team plan to test the items to be released?

I only ask this due to two very colossal failures on the last two releases.  A normal bug or two is to be expect in alpha phase.  A pair of boots that COMPLETELY break the game under the normal circumstance of their usage shows lack of testing.

Additionally ubers that reduce the damage a character does to the point that it makes a tower worthless or ubers with graphically unfinished components also scream lack of testing for usage under their normal intended circumstance.

These type failures in QC frighten and disappoint community members as well as discourage future players.  I of course am not privy to your company's intentions regarding future population or profits but, I would assume you want word of mouth to be that you developed a game that will be interesting reasonably bug free and competently tested by its development team.

Remember that product design is kind of like the sword of Damocles, testing is the thread between you and doom.  Do you want the thread to be made of hair or microfiber cable?

Local co-op is going to be great, hopefully their implementation is top tier! I'd like to be able to switch between split horizontal and split vertical as well.

IMO PS4 development should be put off until they have the game where they want it (fleshed out, all levels created, story finalized, etc.) as to not impede anything else. Prompt support after that though would be fantastic!
