Totally random, but, does anyone besides me still play PS3 even though it is offline? Am I the only one that clings on to the game even though I can't play with my other friends?

I still play the offline :) Its the most addictive game ever lol

I'm going to assume you are a really advanced player because you have almost 3000 points and your join date was 2 and a half years ago, so....do you know the greatest place to get 83 armor? I can do glitterhelm on insane+ but it takes a lot of attempts to get 1 peice.

The only peice I did get from there with 100+ upgrades was worth 113 mana, so many horrible negative stats with 3 resistances XD

I have been really lucky on ramparts insane+ and mistymire first wave has dropped a couple really good ones too. The odd nice piece would drop for me on glitter+ though. The best piece I got was on the first wave of mistymire, 104^s with all 4 tower stats :)

nice to see u guys play offline... i dont play it offline anymore since i got dd on pc which i must say is the best thing ever.... i still do have the urge to play dd on ps3 again but i put away my ps3 ( to make room for the ps4).. i also play on pc to get rid of the urge since dd is way better on pc

as for good armor, i guess its mostly luck.. people get different drops from different maps..as for me i got my armor from mistymire and ramparts.... i also got some luck drops after doing soul focuser runs... as for glitterhelm i never got any good drops from that

I don't play it anymore. I try to, but there is so much more replayability when you are with friends. This month will be 3 years for DD on PS3 and I bet it would still have a decent PS3 fanbase if online play was still available. Yeah, the modded items would still be around and that stupid stealing of items of your character glitch. Oh well, I've moved on to Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. My offer to gift you a copy still stands.....just message me here or on the PSN.

As far as your query for good upgrade level 83 armor.....it's all random, but some people have all the luck on certain maps. I've gotten the best armor for level 74, 78, 83, and 90 on Ramparts, Mistymire, and Endless Spires (believe it or not). I have never pulled anything decent on Glitterhelm. I have gotten lucky after a Soul Focuser run in the tavern.....a 129 upgrade Pristine helmet. I've also got a 124 upgrade Pristine helmet as boss drop after Throne Room when I was playing with my Huntress. I got a crappy M-32 but that armor piece was a shocker.

The 120+ upgrade armors mentioned were for level 90.....just wanted to mention my luck with other leveled armors other than level 83.

The best peice of armor I got from ps3 was actually from Endless Spires, so I might just have to farm there. I don't farm there because the wyverns are soooo annoying and I have to constantly watch for them. The armor I got was a 120 upgrade Godly Dps Chain. I traded it with Chelsea to get the oculus I currently have :)

So....mistymire and endless spires. I have been playing ramparts, but I'm not really lucky. I have a solid build though. Mistymire simply has a lot more chests and can supply 1 mil xp after 2 waves.

I keep meaning to play PS3 again, but now I can't find my PS3 controller :( At this point, I just want to find out how good my stats were by the time I switched over to PC full time.
