PS: Most of these places are from MorbidStylborn's "Try to get there" contests. Many ppl found all of them so you can't complain if it's too many or too hard. If you complain, your bid will be ignored. Complaints are for the weak.

None of the DPS pieces are capping. I've never found any capping DPS armor and the ones on sale were out of my price range. (With the amount of events I'm giving away here this sounds weird, I know :))
