I've just said this on Twitter but I'll say it here too - Thanks so much for this, CG! The lag and bad pings are finally gone resulting with the gameplay being just so smooth as butter that it feels very good! Was actually starting to get really frustrated before this. I'm definitely going to enjoy the update for real now!

Quinn, I don't think that's a real fellow defender. But rather a bot account trying post links to whatever they're trying to advertise (at best) or something very malicious - malware, ransomware etc (at worst). Best not to click on the link. 

Then again, you might be already aware of this and you're just trolling them for fun. But I thought to let you know anyway just to be safe and bring some awareness just in-case.

No need to feel the shame, now that you're armed with the info and awareness, you should be able to detect more of these. :)

Also this case here is one of those bots that tries to blend in. Not perfect but they are trying which could possibly fool any of those who are unaware. That's a pretty stark contrast to those who blatantly spams more than 20 of the same thread of incoherent texts.

Spamming weird texts is often an issue in the zome chat in the elder scrolls online aswell as a miriad of discord servers

 

And true i try to avoid the scammers yet sometimes even i cant find out all their tricks -_- watever y think i will always feel ashamed when i get tricked on some level or entirely xd.... but still apreciate the words

 

Tho i will most likely take revenge by scambaiting again 🤣

Yeah, I guess we all have the right to feel the shame so that the feeling could teach us the lessons we needed. We're human after all.

It most likely could be one of the moderators removing the post. They do that from time to time.

Yeah i think youre right, i notified andrew on discord that that bakrichod has returned, well not with calling the scammer goat fkr in hindu, but i hope the scammer reads this and i hope he will feel insulted, hes a madar chod and a bahen chod, also, his sister? Weeeeel bahen ke laude, and he is a chutiya, he is a boshdike, and he is a gaandu

 

I now insulted him in hindu serveral times, i hope that scammer thrash is from india, where sadly most scammers these days are from.... sad to see such a beautifull country with a diverse people given a bad name by vile criminal scum.... father went on vacation there, he was awe struck, he even went to the taj mahal, even some more older temples in the forests, he had alot of pictures and videos, tho where he keeps them i sadly dont know...

Looks like the saying "one bad apple spoils the barrel" does holds water there. I guess while it's best to look at things issue by issue and not generalize, it's still helps to be a little wary.
