Here are the notes for Hotfix 11.4 for Steam:

Bug Fixes:

  • Increased server stability, particularly for players in endgame.
  • Fixed an issue where some Daily Missions were not rewarding the extra salves/consumables.

Does that mean you have fixed the insane lag from inventory etc after a few waves of onslaught or something else?

That's a different issue. We're investigating that now.

So if it's not that fix, hat is it? Any more information? This is pretty vague.

We fixed an issue that was causing server crashes in endgame. Most players saw it in NM4 Betsy, from what I understand.

Well, onslaught hordes in general needs to be revamped. They're more of a waste of time than anything since the spawn rate is fairly limited (to the extent that you end up with only one lane spawning at a time), and most of the spawns are puny goblins.

Thanks Dev team, a thought for the loot drop:

If loot drop is random for any hero class, it'll be increasingly difficult to farm gears for a specific hero when new heros are introduced. If you haven't looked at this, may I suggest (more) drops for hero-in-game or hero-on-deck so we have some controls of gear framing? Or I see you might revamp the gears so they are not so hero specific. Either way should help I think, thanks!

Athena, remove heroes you don't want to gear from your deck. I do that for AL currently so I only get AL gear. And the lag thing for Inventory seems to be on any map/mode with an increased amount of enemies like later rounds in onslaught and Incurs. And Isom, is there any info on the cannon issue I PM'd you about? Where cannons on Siphon and Betsy Mid lane cease firing allowing for mobs to get to the walls and do damage before firing again? I use to run Siphon Onslaught and I can't anymore because the cease fire issue. Also Elarsioncata there's more to the game than getting maxed gear. Try toying with maps build wise. I do it a lot. One of each hero so far with top gear and I still have fun playing. More to the game than just getting the best whatever.

No info on the cannon cease fire issue. But I'll make sure QA sees it again.

In regards to the Inventory lag:  Are you opening your inventory throughout the match? Try not opening it until a later round and see what happens. We're thinking it might be related to either having a large amount of gear in your Inventory or opening/closing it often.

I assume you could simply put in the same hero 4 times in your deck, but for this you must of course have all the hero slots first...can you simply leave the other three slots empty?
